"I was in Germantown, MD on Thursday evening and I have a Handicapped Placard. I was unable to park and exit my vehicle because of the actions of State Farm Insurance agent Gay Pena. I have contacted State Farm but receive no response. Would you go with an insurance company who disregards Handicapped people and their special needs? I would not."

MAS AUN CUANDO EN una OCASION DEJA SABER QUE NO ME COMUNIQUE CON SUS EMPLEADAS QUE ELLAS NO SABEN NADA DE Seguros NI ESTAN Autorizadas A HACER ALGO... AGENTE MEDIOCRE TE QUEDA PEQUEÑO NUNCA PUDO Decirme ALGO ACORDE CON MIS DUDAS SIEMPRE TUVO UN CUENTO DISTINTO...... una multa recién paso mas de 2 años y usted dice que es transferible yo tengo seguro y mi agente de seguro nuevo y mi abogado y hasta la agencia MVA MARYLAND NI MI LICENCIA SALE SIN BOLETOS Y donde te provee la licencia nos aclaro que no son transferibles los boletos 2 autos tengo que cosa el de Georgia es 3 estrellas el de Maryland 2 ni los mismos agentes de la central saben porque pasó eso pero está todo documentado usted dijo un accidente luego un boleto luego que había un atraso que se reflejaba en Georgia luego que había una penalidad por tener Kia otra cosa más sin tener consistencia ni claridad...el otro cuento que así estaba el mercado...adicional que todo estaba costoso que a usted también le subió... que no sabe porque pero que todo está más costoso usted de mediocre tiene poco....porque me informo que no me comunicara con sus empleadas que ellas no sabían nada de seguros así es usted de "jefe" hipócrita.. cuántos incorrectly rated....el overpayment es un servicio exclusivo,...classify this agent... 5 stars in MEDIOCRITY.... EVEN MORE WHEN ON ONE OCCASION THEY LET IT BE KNOWN THAT I DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT INSURANCES NOR ARE THEY AUTHORIZED TO DO ANYTHING... MEDIOCRE AGENT LEFT YOU LITTLE NEVER COULD TELL ME SOMETHING ACCORDING TO MY DOUBTS HE ALWAYS HAD A DIFFERENT STORY...... a fine just happened more than 2 years ago and you say it is transferable I have insurance and my agent and my lawyer and even the agency where he provides you the license clarified that the tickets are not transferable 2 cars I have to say that the one in Georgia is 3 stars the one in Maryland 2 not even the central agents themselves know why that happened but it is all documented you said an accident then a ticket after there was a delay that was reflected in Georgia after there was a penalty for having Kia anything else without consistency or clarity...the other story was that this was the way the market was...additionally, everything was expensive, which also went up for you... You don't know why but everything is more expensive, you're mediocre... because you informed me that noe communicated with your employees that they didn't know anything about insurance, so you are a hypocritical "boss".. how many incorrectly rated. ...overpayment is a service"
"Nosotros agradeceríamos si usted fuera un poco más especifica sobre su situación, porque, cuando transferiste un auto de Georgia usted nos dicho que no tenía ningún violación pero cuando la organización recibió su aplicación para procesar, encontraron un ticket de velocidad que fue reciente. Tuvimos mucha comunicación en texto, email y llamada con usted sobre este tema. Al final te pusieron dos estrellas versus tres estrellas, y por esta razón subió la factura. We would appreciate if you were a little more specific and forthcoming about your situation. When you transferred one auto from the state of Georgia, we asked if you had any recent violations in the last three years and you said no. When we submitted your application, the company found a speeding ticket. This unfortunately impacted your premium from a 3 star down to a 2 star and you were unhappy with the result. We made it clear to you via phone, email and text about this which you did not take very kindly to us. Please be more transparent with your next insurance carrier so this doesn’t happen again. "
